About me
I teach Pilates, both Matwork and Reformer, and I'm qualified in Therapeutic Massage. I am currently living and working in West Sussex.
For in-person therapies, I can travel to you with everything you need for a full body therapeutic massage and/or all the equipment you will need for Pilates classes.
