My Practice

I am a qualified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. My work focuses on the holistic wellbeing of my clients, aiming to improve their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

I can offer 1.1 and group Pilates based movement sessions or therapeutic massage for relaxation.

Pilates-based movement can offer many benefits for both our physical and emotional wellbeing. We will focus on controlled, quality exercises that use a combination of breathwork and precision. Pilates can enhance our physical strength, muscle tone, posture and range of mobility all whilst protecting our joints and avoiding common inuries. Many variabloes can be adjusted and varied for the individual body and is an inciredbly versaitle form of movement which means you can never be bored or underchallenged!


I uphold and practice the revolutionary 'Jing Method' approach to massage. This unique, outcome based system was designed to treat musculoskeletal pain including back pain, neck pain, migraines, sports injuries and those suffering from chronic health conditions such as arthritis, IBS, and emotional trauma. The method combines bodywork techniques from both East and West including acupressure, fascial work and stretching. We will create a treatment plan specifically tailored to your personal needs, following an in depth initial consultation with regular check ins to assess any adjustments to treatments.
